Engage – SDG is a membership organization of Bible believing Christian churches; Christian schools; Christian ministries and Christian homeschool cooperatives. However, prior to being a self-funded membership organization we need your financial support. We would ask that you consider a generous investment up front as well as an on-going level of support. We need both to sustain the ministry. The investment is to get a jump-start on the production of the videos. Each of the high quality HD videos will cost up to $5,000, to hire a professional scriptwriter, camera operator, director and actors as well as postproduction. Engage – SDG is an approved 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible.
“As Jim shared the vision that God gave him to create Engage – SDG I was excited because I see a great need for this type of resource for not only my church but for the Church as a whole. I have got to know Jim’s heart over the last several years and his passion to assist churches in discipling their members. The list of questions I have seen are exciting. His willingness to hear from others about their questions I believe will make Engage – SDG a resource that can be used for God’s glory and His glory alone. It is a privilege to be one of Jim’s closest advisors.”
“I said “yes” to serving on EngageSDG’s pastor advisory board because its vision and mission hold promise to provide needed resources for educating and training God’s people to give honest answers to honest questions being asked by many in today’s culture wars. We Christians are called to give a reason for the hope that is in us and these Bible studies and short videos are aimed at helping us do so. My personal interaction with Jim Hansen over the last several years gives me confidence that good theology and compassion for people will be in the DNA of the resources produced. The initial scripts that I have seen stir enthusiasm and hope within me that the Lord of truth will use these resources in educating and training today’s Church.”
“Now that our society has passed from a predominantly Judaeo-Christian ethic the church in America will face the challenges of competing world-views as never before. Therefore, I’m excited that these resources will be made available to assist those seeking to be able to interact with an increasingly secular society. I appreciate the caring heart behind these products and know that they will communicate the truth in love.”
“When Jim does something he does it with excellence (an overlooked attribute in too many of today’s Christians). Sitting on his advisory board is like a highschooler advising his teacher. I am wholly inadequate to do so because of the incredibleness that God has built into Jim Hansen. Nevertheless, I’m honored to serve at his request.”
“I have a deep respect for Jim Hansen, his leadership and love for the Lord. We have been friends for many years and I really appreciate his passion and commitment in seeing the truth of the Gospel penetrate the culture and world around us. His creative and fresh approach in addressing issues regarding contemporary cultural issues is carefully thought through, theologically sound and culturally engaging. These resources will serve the Christian community for years to come. It is a privilege to serve with him on the Advisory Board.”
